Fertile Mind - Terms and Conditions of Sale We want you to have the best possible experience shopping for maternity wear with us, and to come back again and again! There are just a few things we need to make clear:
Shipping
For all customers of United States, postage & handling is $7.50 per order for ground shipping and $20 per order for express shipping.
Goods will normally arrive within a week of your order in the United States. Please contact us if you have not received your order within those times.
If you require your order more urgently, please select the Express option in your shopping cart.
Prices
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. We don't change our prices often, but we do reserve the right to alter them at any time, including when we put items on special.
Product Availability
We maintain good stocks of our maternity wear and breastfeeding clothes - but in the unlikely event we're unable to supply you straight away, we'll let you know either through the on-line system, or as soon as possible. If that happens you can change or cancel your order.
Payment
- For On-Line orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- If you don't want to purchase on-line, please call our office on 1-877-905-3800 and we will be happy to help you.
Return and Exchanges
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange. We understand it's harder to choose correctly on-line. However, we do need some rules in order to offer this service:
- You need to send back your product within 14 days.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on underpants or pantyhose.
- You will pay for the return postage. The original postage is not refundable. However, in the unlikely event your purchase is faulty, we will refund your purchase price in full including the postage and handling charge.
- The goods must be in their original packaging, clean, unused and undamaged.
- Exchanges are limited to different types of the same item (for example another size or color of the same item).
- Please include in the package the invoice or invoice number of your purchase, your reason for returning it, whether you would like to exchange (and if so, what for) or obtain a refund, and the return postal address. Please include your phone number and/or email address.
